Job Description
- Facilitate stakeholder-level engagements beyond the community (block, district & state).
- Capacitating Field Teams across the states around a particular theme.
- Develop thematic projects, prepare the design-for-action, and facilitate the roll-out.
- Anchoring the Content Development work in the Livelihood Initiatives in a theme.
- Contribute to field-based pilots, tracking results and documentation of new evidence from practice.
- Bachelor s degree with a minimum of 5 years of work experience or Master s degree with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the relevant thematic disciplines mentioned above.
- Candidates with more years of experience in the development sector and mastery over one of the disciplines are preferred.
- In exceptional cases, candidates not from the development sector but keen to learn and contribute to livelihoods work in the central tribal belt may be considered.
- Fluent in Hindi, and English. Local language will be an added advantage.
