Psychologist

• Conduct individual and group counselling sessions and work closely with children to better understand the issues faced by them.
• Conduct assessments to identify learning, social, psychological and cognitive challenges of assigned children.
• Develop and implement appropriate intervention strategies to support the overall well-being of children.
• Coordinate with educators and other child care staff to devise effective intervention plans for children.
• Provide complete documentation and records of assessment and counselling sessions.
• Act as resource person for child care staff and provide guidance in behavioural management techniques and classroom strategies.
• Provide educational workshops or sessions to raise awareness and promote early intervention and prevention strategies.
