Human Resources Business Partner (5-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:.

- Act as HR partner to business leaders, providing guidance on people management, organizational development, and workforce planning.

- Drive the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Lead end-to-end HR processes, including performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition decisions, and retention strategies.

- Partner with stakeholders to identify and solve workforce-related issues using data-driven insights.

- Manage the delivery of key HR programs, including employee engagement, learning and development, and succession planning.

- Drive excellence in HR processes, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

- Develop HR reports and dashboards using MS Excel to track key HR metrics, providing insights to drive decision-making.
