Job Description:

Resolve Tech is looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team in Bangalore (Work from Office). The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience in designing intuitive and user-friendly mobile applications. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional designs that enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing mobile app interfaces (iOS & Android).
• Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to enhance user experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback for design improvements.
• Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
• Optimize designs based on performance metrics and user behavior analysis.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work.
• Hands-on experience with mobile UI design for Android & iOS applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
