Job Description:ServiceNow Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead and organize essential Agile practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure effective project progression.
  
  
  
• Remove Impediments: Identify and address obstacles that hinder the team's progress, fostering a productive development environment.
  
  
  
• Coach and Mentor: Guide team members on Agile methodologies and best practices, promoting continuous improvement.
  
  
  
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and transparent communication.
  
  
  
• Monitor Progress: Track team performance metrics and facilitate the use of tools like Jira for Agile project management to ensure timely delivery of ServiceNow modules.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years as a Scrum masters in software development projects, preferably with a focus on ServiceNow.
  
  
  
• Certifications: Scrum Master certification or equivalent training.

Skills: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication abilities, and
proficiency in Agile project management tools.
