Salesforce Administrator - Remote

POSITION SUMMARY

Salesforce Senior Administrator to work in a fast-paced environment with an inspired and talented team.

The Salesforce Senior Administrator will be responsible for executing initiatives to maximize the efficiency of the Organization. The position will work closely with the Business to resolve issues

and enhance all aspects of our Salesforce(SFDC) environment.

consists of over 1000 internal users and over 1000 partner experience users.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall, the Salesforce Senior Administrator will be responsible for the following:

• Salesforce Tier 2 Support
• Salesforce Project Implementation
• Salesforce Integrations
• Salesforce Releases / Maintenance

• Responsible for Salesforce Tier 2 Support:

• Troubleshoot issues for Bug Fixes for Salesforce Production, as needed, when Tier 1 Support

needs assistance

• Design a solution to fix the issue and/or a workaround until the issue is remedied
• Communicate critical issues/path to resolution to appropriate business stakeholders, when

necessary

• Collaborate with the Business Teams (Marketing, Service, Sales), IT Team and 3rd Party

Vendors to support all aspects of our Salesforce(SFDC) environment

• Issue Management as it pertains to Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, Field Service Lightning,

Marketing and Experience Cloud

• Issue Management for installed App Exchange Tools (e.g., DocuSign, Get Feedback)
• Issue Management for integrations (e.g., w/ the ERP, Lead Vendors, etc.)
• Document new/updated configuration or training documentation in Jira
• Roll out new functionality in Salesforce Production environment via Change Management process

• Responsible for Leading Salesforce Enhancement efforts, including:

• Implement a list of Enhancements, based on the business needs, across clouds
• Implement Enhancements based on the defined Salesforce teams Project Lifecycle (Scoping,

Design, Build & Prototype, Testing, Training, Deploy and Maintenance)

• Scoping - Lead discovery sessions with the business and document requirements
• Design - Design the proper solution based on the requirements and the existing SFDC

organization’s architecture

• Build & Prototype - Configure the system to meet the requirements

 Work with the developer to update code based on requirements, when out of the box

configuration cannot be achieved

 Update the SFDC Organization’s Security, understanding the impacts, as it pertains to the

whole Salesforce Organization (e.g., OWD, Sharing Rule, etc.)

 Lead prototype sessions with the business to get feedback on the build

 Document new/updated configuration and code in Jira

• Testing - Lead and document testing efforts with the business
