Scrum Master

L&T Technology Services (LTTS) is currently looking for candidates in SCRUM MASTER profile in Bengaluru location.

Experience- 6 to 10 years

Location- Bangalore

Notice period- Immediate to 30 days

We are looking for a Scrum Master to coordinate and coach our CT System (Includes Software, Hardware, Firmware & Image quality) development team. The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring that the team follows Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach Team Members: Guide team members in Agile practices and help them understand and implement Scrum principles.
• Remove Obstacles: Identify and remove any impediments that hinder the teams progress.
• Collaborate with Product Owners: Work closely with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests.
• Ensure Quality: Ensure that deliverables meet the required quality standards at the end of each sprint.
• Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role leading large scale projects. Have experience in running System scrum teams and integration of subsystems.
• Knowledge: Excellent understanding of the SAFe Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve conflicts and remove obstacles effectively.
• Leadership: Strong servant leadership skills to guide and support the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / SAFe scrum master or similar Agile certifications.
• Technical Background: Familiarity with System (Includes Software, Hardware, Firmware & Image quality) development processes and tools.
