Job Description:

As a Salesforce Admin at RTS, you will play a key role in the design, development, and administration of our Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance Salesforce solutions that streamline business processes, improve user experience, and drive overall productivity. This position requires a strong understanding of both Salesforce administration and development principles.

Salesforce Support Administrator

POSITION SUMMARY

Salesforce Support Administrator to work in a fast-paced environment with an inspired and talented team. The position will be the Tier 1 Support for all Issues in the Jacuzzi Salesforce Organization, specifically Salesforce Core. The position will work closely with the Business to resolve issues in the environment. The position will be in charge of managing and maintaining the Salesforce organizations data and release maintenance. The Jacuzzi Salesforce Organization consists of over 250 internal users and over 1000 partner community users.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for Salesforce System Production Issues/Bug Fixes
    • Issue Management as it pertains to Salesforce Core - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, IoT Cloud and Experience Cloud.
    • Issue Management for installed App Exchange Tools (e.g., Blackthorn, Stripe, Adobe Sign, Get Feedback, etc.)
    • Be proactive in Identifying Salesforce Production Issues (reports, monitoring)
    • Recording Salesforce Organization issues utilizing the company’s Issue Tracking tool
    • Fix issues, working with the Salesforce team, to update existing configuration, if necessary
    • Lead and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the business
    • Lead and document training efforts with the business
    • Document new/updated configuration and code
    • Roll out new functionality in Salesforce Production environment
  • Responsible for managing the Salesforce Critical Updates to ensure our Organization is prepared for Salesforce Releases, 3x a year
  • Responsible for Maintaining Clean Salesforce Data
    • Manage Salesforce Storage Maintenance (e.g. purging irrelevant data)
    • Manage mass dataloads, on behalf of the business (e.g., adjusting inventory data for Field Service Lightning Users, updating Opportunity data for Dealer Users)
  • Responsible for Duplicate Management
    • Identify and merge records, where needed
  • Responsible for owning and maintaining the business reporting needs within Salesforce
  • Manage and Maintain End User Training Documentation (How To Docs)
  • Own and maintain the User Management Process for internal users in Salesforce:
    • In charge of onboarding new internal users, making sure the user is set up properly in the system
    • In charge of terminating internal users that leave the company: making sure the user is properly deactivated from the system (including data management updates)
    • Assist in training new internal users to grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
  • Own and maintain the Community User Management Process for external partner community users in Salesforce:
    • In charge of activating new dealer users for community portal use which involves:
      • Dealer Account setup/activation and portal enablement
      • Contact creation and portal enablement
      • User creation and activation
      • Dataload setup
      • Dealer API setup
    • In charge of terminating dealer users from community portal user which involves:
      • Dealer Account edits/deactivation and portal disablement
      • Contact edits/deactivation and portal disablement
      • User deactivation
      • Dataload removal
      • Dealer API deletion
  • Maintenance of Salesforce Security (not limited to this list):
    • Roles
    • Profiles
    • Permission Sets
    • Sharing Rules
    • Territory Management
    • Field Level Security
    • Page Layouts

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Proficient in dataloader tools to maintain a clean Salesforce environment
  • Report and Dashboard creation and maintenance
  • Highly analytical, organized and detail-oriented, self-starter
  • The candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills
  • An innovative thinker and creative problem solver
  • Be able to effectively manage multiple on-going assignments in a fast paced & fluid environment

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of the Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification Required
  • Must possess Salesforce experience
  • Experience with Salesforce AppExchange
