Cloud ALM (App Lifecyc Mgmt.) Business Process Monitor_Hyd/Bengaluru

We are seeking an experienced Clod ALM L2 support specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise for Cloud ALM, Provide Identity Authentication (IAS) tenant information for Signavio Process Insights and S/4 HANA.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and expertise for Cloud ALM, specifically in Business Process monitoring.
• Manage API instance and keys, component business process monitoring and technical users in S/4 HANA.
• Integrate Cloud ALM with S/4 HANA and manage data collector jobs and PUSH data providers.
• Onboard users in Identify authentication service and assign roles related to Business Process Monitoring.
• Activate standard predefined business process Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and configure alerting, notifications and event processing rules.
• Troubleshooting and resolve technical issues related to Cloud ALM and Business process monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of Clod ALM and Business Process Monitoring.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles related to Cloud ALM and Business Process Monitoring.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Cloud ALM, In Business Process Monitoring and Signavio.
• Hands-on experience with Identify Authentication Service (IAS) SIgnavio and S/4 HANA
• Strong technical knowledge of Cloud ALM, API management and business process monitoring.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills
• Strong Communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Bacheloors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with IT service management frameworks (ITIL)
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure)
• Certification in Cloud ALM or related technologies.
