Job Brief

• Managing reservations and booking requests from internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms.
• Confirming reservations and sending confirmation details to customers.

• Managing cancellations and modifications to existing reservations.
• Maintaining accurate records of reservations and customer information.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelors degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in reservation management software and tools.
• Flexible to work in shifts as assigned
