Job Description
Qualification:
M.Sc. (Lifesciences/Biotechnology/similar discipline) with 3-6 years of relevant research experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experience in Yeast Biology not limited to culture methods, strain modification, transformation and expression studies.
- Experience in Molecular Biology and Biochemical techniques, preferably in Saccharomyces Biology.
- Able to perform flow cytometry-based assays and sorting.
- Ability to design and execute experiments, optimize protocols, develop assays and analyze data independently.
- Generate good quality data consistently and promptly update in LNB
- Understanding of systems and processes pertaining to safety, health and environment

HR policies are not bad. Canteen facility is good.
The management favours only the one's who are on top & don't care about the lower level employees. In the oncology plant especially Cell & gene therapy(QCM) section is too worst .
