Job Description
Qualification:
M.Sc. (Lifesciences/Biotechnology/similar discipline) with 3-6 years of relevant research experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experience in protein/Antibody purification techniques and detail physical/chemical characterization.
- Able to develop bioanalytical methods in HPLC (HIC, SEC, glycan, RP etc)
- Design and execute experiments to optimize and enhance antibody/derivatives production using mammalian expression platforms.
- Able to conceptualize, and design experiments, develop assays, optimize protocols, and interpret experimental results.
- Generate good quality data consistently and promptly update it in LNB and database.
- Understanding of systems and processes pertaining to safety, health and environment

HR policies are not bad. Canteen facility is good.
The management favours only the one's who are on top & don't care about the lower level employees. In the oncology plant especially Cell & gene therapy(QCM) section is too worst .
