Research Associate - DMPK

• Role & responsibilities

• Proficient in conducting permeability/transporter experiments using CaCo2, MDCK cell line, PAMPA, etc.
• Hands on experience in maintaining different cell lines and well verse with cell culture techniques.
• Experience in conducting ADME assays such as hepatocyte stability, hepatocyte uptake assay and basic knowledge of LC-MS/MS will be added advantage.
• Responsible for preparation of relevant SOP, protocols, reports, etc. to support various regulatory and non-regulatory submission.​
• Well versed with software system like Microsoft office, Graph Pad Prism Sigma stat, etc. usage
• Basic understanding of concepts of DMPK and good communication skills

Preferred candidate profile

• M. Pharm / M.Sc. (Biochemistry) with 1 - 5 years' experience of invitro ADME DMPK ; Caco2 , MDCK, PAMPA
