What would you do?
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making through the creation, analysis, and presentation of reports. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that contribute to business performance and strategy. The Reporting Analyst will ensure that key metrics are tracked accurately and communicated to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.You will be a part of Supply Chain Management team where in you will be accountable to manage the Supply Chain and provide insights which will help in increasing efficiency by doing away with waste and facilitating greater profits. It also involves management of the flow of goods and services and including all processes that transform raw materials into final products.In Reporting and Analytics, you will have to prepare management reports and analysis, both recurring and ad-hoc. This includes focusing on tracking business performance through trusted data and insights while actively managing employee behaviors.


What are we looking for?

Education:bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience:o 2+ years of experience in a reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence roleo Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar platforms is preferredo Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) requiredo Experience with SQL, data warehousing, or similar database management tools is a plus

Skills:o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detailo Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable mannero Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritieso Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of data visualization best practices

Experience with statistical analysis or data modeling

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) or data integration tools

Roles and Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Analysis:Gather and analyze data from various sources, including internal databases, business systems, and external tools. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data before reporting

Report Creation:Design, develop, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or other reporting platforms. Tailor reports for different stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives

Performance Metrics:Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics, providing insights into trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement

Data Visualization:Present data findings in a clear and visually engaging manner, using charts, graphs, and other visualization tools to help stakeholders understand complex data sets

Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with business units (e.g., finance, marketing, sales) to understand reporting needs and ensure reports align with business goals

Process Improvement:Continuously look for opportunities to streamline reporting processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance reporting efficiency

Documentation & Compliance:Ensure all reports and dashboards are documented, with clear instructions for end users. Maintain reporting systems to ensure compliance with data governance and privacy regulations

Ad-hoc Analysis:Provide ad-hoc analytical support for business initiatives, including project-specific reports and data analysis as requested by senior management
