Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Quality Control (QC) Engineer to join our team in a permanent remote role. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with product owners to translate user stories into detailed requirements.
• Test software to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and test cases.
• Identify defects and perform root cause analysis.
• Create, execute, and debug automated test scripts.
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance tests.
• Lead quality improvements and peer reviews.
• Collaborate with global teams to integrate quality throughout the development cycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4-5+ years of experience in software testing, including manual and automated testing.
• Proficient in automation scripting and defect management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Experience with SQL queries and Test Automation tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
