Job Description
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager (Intern/Entry Level) to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on impactful projects in logistics, operations, and warehouse technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, and warehouse management, to ensure seamless execution of projects that align with Rentomojo s vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Problem-Solving :
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in ongoing projects, such as debugging technical glitches or operational challenges.
- Assist in integrating external tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform R&D on projects aimed at reducing operational costs or enhancing customer experience.
- Product Planning:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing user requirements to inform product roadmaps.
- Help prioritize features and initiatives to deliver maximum value.
- Team Collaboration:
- Support cross-departmental initiatives like the expansion to new cities
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for training sessions on new tools and processes.
- Documentation and Reporting :
- Maintain detailed project documentation and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Assist in creating presentations for demos and knowledge transfer sessions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Background : Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Skills : Basic understanding of SQL, project management tools (e.g., Jira, clickUp), data analysis and notion.
- Soft Skills : Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Enthusiasm to Learn : Willingness to adapt and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bonus Points : Knowledge of logistics, warehouse operations, or ERP.
