Job Description
- Product Development Support: Assist in defining product requirements and developing features that enhance data-driven products, particularly focusing on analytics and reporting.
- Data Warehouse Initiatives: Work with engineering and analytics teams to drive data warehouse projects, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and usability.
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct research to understand merchant and partner needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, analytics, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables.
- Product Roadmap Contribution: Contribute to the product roadmap, helping to prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
- User Story Creation & Refinement: Develop user stories and acceptance criteria, working closely with the engineering team to ensure high-quality development.
- Metrics & Analysis: Track product performance, generate insights, and help identify opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
- Customer Feedback Loop: Support customer engagement initiatives, collect and analyze feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of product features.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Data Science, AI Computer Science, or similar.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in product management, data analytics, or a related role in the technology or financial services industry.
- Technical Aptitude: Understanding of data platforms, SQL, data warehousing concepts, and experience with analytics tools is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to work with data, identify trends, and present findings to support decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude, eager to learn, and proactive in contributing to team success
