Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our team in Pune, India. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably from a product company background. As a Product Manager at Creative Galileo, you will drive the development and success of our innovative educational solutions, leveraging your analytical skills and customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development:
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer relations teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.
• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Create detailed user stories, and specifications to guide the development process.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
• Utilize analytical tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, and SQL to analyze product performance and user behavior.
• Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate the success of product initiatives.
• Continuously analyze data to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements.
• Customer-Centric Approach:
• Champion a user-centered design approach, ensuring that our products meet the needs and expectations of our target users.
• Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and iterate on product designs to enhance the user experience.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, including executives, team members, and customers.
• Documentation & Collaboration:
• Write comprehensive product requirement documents and ensure effective collaboration with engineering and design teams.
• Work closely with the customer relations team to gather feedback and address customer needs.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
• Experience in an EdTech/product company is highly preferred.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Hands-on experience with analytical tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and customer-centric mindset.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in writing product requirement documents and collaborating with engineering, design, and customer relations teams.
• Education:
• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
