Techno-Functional Consultant - Oracle EBS Module (7-14 yrs)

Job Type : 6 months Contract to hire

Job Responsibilities :

- Implement and manage Oracle Payroll (India Legislation preferred) with expertise in element setup, input value setup, fast formula setup, balance setup, arrear setup, and costing setup.

- Handle Oracle Payroll patches and version upgrades, ensuring seamless updates and maintenance.

- Provide support for Oracle Payroll, troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance.

- Develop and maintain interfaces between Oracle Payroll and other applications to ensure smooth data integration.

- Configure and manage payroll processes, including payroll run, retro concepts, pre-payments, balances, element linking, assignment sets, element sets, and costing.

- Work on security profiles, key flexfields (KFF), descriptive flexfields (DFF), request sets, value sets, and profile options.

- Develop and debug fast formulas and formula functions.

- Manage HRMS and Payroll back-end APIs, integrating HRMS with Payroll and Payroll with Finance.

- Perform form personalization and customization, as well as WebADI and AME setups.

- Utilize Oracle reporting tools such as XML Publisher, Oracle Report Builder RDF, and SQL Loader.

- Handle Oracle patching, concurrent programs (PL/SQL, SQL Loader, Host, Java-based, SQL files), and database components (PL/SQL, packages, DB views, triggers, Oracle Alerts).

Job Requirements :

- B.Tech/MCA in Technology (any stream).

- Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle HRMS/Payroll, with hands-on experience in Oracle Payroll (India Legislation preferred).

- Proficiency in PL/SQL, database triggers, APIs, and integration between HRMS, Payroll, and Finance modules.

- Experience with Oracle Payroll configurations, costing concepts, and financial balancing.

- Hands-on experience in security management, concurrent programs, and Oracle patching.

- Familiarity with report generation tools like XML Publisher and Oracle Report Builder RDF.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
