Oracle EBS/CRM Techno-Functional Consultant (10-15 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS CRM Techno-Functional Consultant to provide expertise in Oracle CRM modules. The role requires strong technical and functional knowledge to manage system integrations, customizations, and troubleshooting while supporting CRM processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Development & Customization :

- Develop and maintain customizations using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflows.

- Implement and enhance Oracle CRM modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Functional Expertise :

- Provide functional support for Oracle CRM modules such as :

1. Service Contracts

2. TeleService

3. Sales

4. Marketing

- Assist in the configuration and optimization of CRM processes to streamline business operations.

System Integration :

- Design and implement integrations between Oracle CRM and other enterprise systems.

- Ensure seamless data flow and functionality across modules and platforms.

Troubleshooting & Support :

- Provide end-to-end troubleshooting for Oracle EBS CRM issues.

- Offer timely support to resolve system bugs, performance issues, and process bottlenecks.

Collaboration & Documentation :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.

- Prepare detailed documentation, including system configurations, customizations, and support guides.

Required Skills :

Technical Expertise :

- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS CRM modules and their technical architecture.

- Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow Builder.

- Proficiency in system integrations and customizations.

Functional Expertise :

- Deep understanding of CRM processes, including Service Contracts, TeleService, Sales, and Marketing.

- Ability to configure and optimize CRM modules to meet business needs.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and during the specified shift timings.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in Oracle EBS CRM modules or related technologies.

- Experience with Oracle EBS R12 and knowledge of new features and updates.
