About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to drive data-driven decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges, build predictive models, and uncover insights from structured and unstructured data.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems.

- Use statistical analysis and predictive modeling to derive actionable insights.

- Work with large datasets and perform data cleaning, processing, and transformation

- Design and implement data-driven solutions to optimize business processes.

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualization tools using Python, R, or Tableau.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy ML models into production.

- Research and apply new machine learning techniques to improve model accuracy.

- Interpret complex data and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner- .

Key Skills Required :

- Strong expertise in Python / R / SQL for data analysis and model development.

- Experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP)

- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, Py Torch, Scikit-Learn, or similar frameworks

- Knowledge of Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Databricks (preferred).

- Strong background in mathematics, statistics, and probability

- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for data science applications.

- Ability to communicate technical insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders- .

- Experience with /B testing and statistical hypothesis testing

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields

- Experience with Time Series Forecasting, Recommendation Systems, or Computer Vision is a plus.

- Prior experience in banking, e-commerce, healthcare, or fintech domains is preferred.
