- Business Drivers and Interventions: Develop an in-depth understanding of the core business drivers, and provide leadership with insights on critical interventions required to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Commercial Analysis: In order to optimize the cost of product, undertake various commercial analysis, understanding various policies, its impact and quantification of such impact
- Risk Assessment: Formulate an independent perspective on business risks, identifying potential threats and mitigation strategies. Provide timely insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
- Market Assessment: Conduct comprehensive market assessments to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and potential challenges. Analyze the external environment to guide strategic decisions that align with the company s growth objectives.
- Competitor Analysis: Lead competitor analysis by evaluating market players, their strengths and weaknesses, and potential opportunities for differentiation. Share findings with leadership to refine business strategies and maintain a competitive edge
- Thought Leadership and Operational Support: Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing strategic input to ensure smooth operations. Ensure that all business functions are aligned with the company s strategic objectives and efficiency targets
