Associate (Vendor Role)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive resource to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team. The individual will work in the PMO & Services vertical in Learning & Development Function and will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of L&D initiatives, driving operational efficiency, and supporting the team in delivering high-impact training programs. This role requires management skills, excellent organizational abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and a passion for enhancing employee growth and development.
Program Execution Support: Assist in creation of training plan, training program scheduling, and execution, coordinating with multiple stakeholders ensuring compliance with L&D processes.
Program Communication: Managing communication with participants and trainers regarding program nominations, travel details, confirmation of attendance, etc.
Database Management: Maintain the program trackers, budget, L&D process compliance, attendance records, etc.
Reporting: Create and update training reports and dashboards, create presentations for management review.
New joiner Induction: Ensure the smooth conduction of Induction program for the new hires, facilitate the agenda, coordination with facilitator, new hires, operation team, IT team, maintaining attendance etc.
Vendor Registration: Ensure smooth vendor registration process by taking necessary approvals, checking vendor document, processing invoice etc.
