Job Description
- Co-ordinate legal team for due diligence of land under acquisition.
- Execution and registration of lease deeds/ sale deeds.
- To conduct the land surveys and secure the possession of the land acquired.
- Resolve the ROW issues at site and Coordination with project execution team.
- To liaise with the Govt. departments
- To complete pre and post land acquisition compliances.
- Land Acquisition with clear and marketable title.
- Coordination with the land aggregators and landowners for timely acquisition of land.
- Ensure all legal compliances pertaining to land.
- Should work independently to achieve the targets.
- Should have knowledge of land acquisition process and legal requirements.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should be able to Speak, Read and write in Gujarati.
