Renegade is disrupting the $1.3tn insurance industry by fundamentally reimagining insurance distribution. We are a Series B start-up backed by Insight, Left Lane, NFX and HSCM and the founders of Tinder, Betterment, Acorns, Thumbtack.
As we continue to grow, we need a keen, proactive individual to join the Founder's Office with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects from end to end.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and managing resources, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Tackle operational and strategic challenges, develop solutions, and implement processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Identify gaps in existing processes, design solutions, and implement best practices to improve operational performance.
- Track key business metrics and project performance, reporting progress and insights to leadership.
- Prepare and present reports, status updates, and actionable insights for leadership meetings.
- Support leadership with ad-hoc projects and analyses that may range from strategic initiatives to operational tasks.
This role will be a good fit if you :
- Have 2+ years of experience in a start-up, consulting, or US insurance service operations role, with hands-on knowledge of insurance processes and servicing operations.
- Are a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a strong bias for action and the ability to see projects through to completion.
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with competing priorities.
- Are a problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and is adept at finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Excel at communicating with the ability to collaborate across teams and present clear, actionable insights.
- Can prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
