eCommerce Manager - Brand Visionary & Global Selling Leader(Ahmedabad-Hybrid)
Role Overview:.
- As the E-Commerce Manager, you will oversee the Global Selling Program, managing operations across Amazon.com and Amazon.ae, and ensuring the successful launch and management of a diverse product assortment.
- You will apply your strategic vision to drive brand growth, maximize sales, and increase profitability by leveraging deep industry insights and e-commerce trends.
- This role also involves optimizing vendor relationships, managing inventory systems, and ensuring regulatory compliance across various global markets.
- You will be the driving force behind implementing best-in-class practices and developing strategies that align with the brand's business objectives.
- Your entrepreneurial mindset will be key to managing end-to-end processes, establishing revenue goals, and executing growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:.
Global Selling Program Management:.
- Lead the Global Selling Program across Amazon platforms (Amazon.com and Amazon.ae), overseeing all aspects from product assortment to execution.
-Manage end-to-end operations of global selling, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market requirements, and profitability goals.
Category Management & Assortment Planning:.
- Oversee assortment planning across multiple categories, ensuring the product mix aligns with market demand and growth potential.
Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration:.
- Onboard and manage relationships with multiple brands across key categories, including Consumables, Grocery, Bath Fixtures, and Kitchen.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders for catalog creation, media work, marketing, advertising, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement processes for vendor payment disbursement, reducing delays and ensuring timely transactions.
Regulatory & Compliance Management:.
- Conduct regulatory and compliance assessments for various countries to ensure adherence to local market laws and platform requirements.
- Ensure that all products meet the necessary certifications and standards to operate successfully in global markets.
Inventory Management & Operations Optimization:.
- Develop and refine inventory management systems and shipment planning to improve stock tracking, reduce out-of-stock issues, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Establish processes that streamline operations and reduce time-to-market for new products and restocks.
P&L Management & Profitability Optimization:.
- Oversee the P&L for the Global Selling Program, optimizing profitability and minimizing costs across various markets.
- Monitor program-level financial performance to ensure that all objectives are being met and operational efficiency is maximized.
Sales Forecasting & Revenue Growth:.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast sales and identify growth opportunities.
- Establish and execute strategies to drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability.
Team Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration:.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration between e-commerce, logistics, marketing, and sales departments.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Skills & Qualifications:.
Experience:.
- 11+ years of experience in brand management, category management, and e-commerce strategy, specializing in high-end brands.
- Proven track record in global selling (Amazon.com, Amazon.ae, and other e-commerce platforms) with a focus on product assortment, sourcing, and execution.
- Extensive experience managing assortment planning, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance in diverse markets.
- Hands-on experience driving revenue growth, managing P&L, and ensuring operational efficiency at the program level.

- Client Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and partners.
- Category Management & Assortment Planning: Expertise in managing a diverse product mix and optimizing performance across categories.
- Negotiation & Stakeholder Management: Strong negotiation skills and experience managing relationships with key stakeholders to meet business objectives.
- Data Analysis & Sales Forecasting: Ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Problem-Solving & Process Optimization: Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on process - improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Global Selling & E-Commerce Platforms: Deep knowledge of e-commerce platforms (especially Amazon) and global selling practices.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Expertise in inventory management, shipment planning, and supply chain processes.
- P&L Management: Experience managing profit and loss statements at a program level to drive business profitability.
