Experience requirement is 15 yrs plus... especially for seating

Ensure the development passenger vehicle Interior parts (Seating System) in accordance with the system engineering processes, on which he depends.
• Provide technical support.
• Propose technical solutions for arbitration.
• responsible to maintain the skill set needed for the local and global program development activities.

Missions:

• Contribute to the overall efficiency of the company by proper use of resources in his team, by maximizing their efficiency and personnel development, and providing them with the required equipment to carry out the tasks that are assigned.
• Contribute to the performance engineering monitored by the customer value by creating ambitious Interior Seating System policies and ensuring the performance of processes, standards, and tools in his Seating System perimeter.
• Contribute to a performing engineering department by ensuring the Quality, Deadline and Efficiency of implementation for deliverables requested from the team, and by deploying, in a thorough and relevant manner, the Product/Process technical policies, processes, standards and technical design tools, by the continuous development of the Interior Seating System skills and by providing the required automobile technical expertise.
• Contribute to the long-term survival of the company by suggesting engineering solutions and accessible technological breakthroughs by indicating the brand image.
• Contribute to the acceptability of automobile products of the Company in view of the international regulations and the legal obligation of the General Product Safety by deploying regulatory requirements and creating the demonstration for controlling safety risks
