Senior Engineer - Service Delivery Support Maintenance

• Provide Support to Nissan Europe counterparts on Service Now ,JIRA and vnext portal.
• Need to Process service requests in Servicenow
• Execute OTA campaigns and check campaign status
• Monitor the campaign progress and take corrective actions and Liaise with Renault team bi weekly as vNext cloud server is shared between Renault-Nissan
• Create Weekly Monitoring Status Reports for FOTA/MOTA and progress reports for each OTA campaign
• To manage customer interactions and feedback implementation
