Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Associate Manager Skills and Placement to drive skill development initiatives and facilitate successful job placements for our participants. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry trends, employer expectations, and skill-building methodologies to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity.
Skills Development:
Program Design and Implementation:
- Develop and implement skill development programs tailored to industry needs.
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance technical and soft skills.
Competency Mapping and Assessment:
- Identify skill gaps and design competency frameworks for various job roles.
- Conduct periodic assessments and provide feedback to improve participants readiness.
Collaborate with Trainers:
- Work closely with internal and external trainers to deliver high-quality training content.
- Ensure training materials are up-to-date and aligned with industry standards.
Placement Coordination:
Employer Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with employers to identify job opportunities.
- Collaborate with companies to understand their hiring requirements and preferences.
Placement Support:
- Facilitate pre-placement activities, including resume building, mock interviews, and counselling.
- Match candidates with suitable job openings and coordinate interview processes.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of placement activities, including employer interactions, candidate status, and feedback.
- Generate reports on placement success rates and provide insights for program improvement.
- Education: Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in skill development, placement, or talent acquisition roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with ATS/CRM systems.
