About the Position

The Senior Research Associate is responsible for leading and conducting advanced research projects that support the organization s strategic objectives. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data, producing actionable insights, and contributing to high-quality reports and publications. The Senior Research Associate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive evidence-based decision-making.

Responsibilities

Research Design and Execution

Develop research plans and methodologies aligned with project goals.
Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies.
Utilize advanced data collection methods, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and secondary research.

Data Analysis and Interpretation

Analyze complex datasets using statistical tools and software to identify patterns and trends.
Interpret findings and generate actionable insights to address research questions.
Create data visualizations and presentations to communicate results effectively.

Report Writing and Publications

Prepare comprehensive research reports, white papers, and case studies.
Contribute to peer-reviewed publications and organizational knowledge products.
Ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards in all deliverables.

Project Management

Manage multiple research projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align research objectives with organizational needs.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement

Liaise with clients, partners, and collaborators to understand research requirements.
Present research findings to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support the development of proposals and grant applications for research funding.

Innovation and Best Practices

Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and methodologies in research.
Introduce innovative approaches to enhance research quality and efficiency.
Mentor junior team members in research techniques and methodologies.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
2 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
Proven experience in creating and executing communication strategies.

Desirable
