Job Overview:
We are looking for an HR IT Recruiter who will be responsible for end-to-end IT hiring, data management, ATS & HRMIS tool handling, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and hands-on experience in IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

• Manage the entire End-to-end IT recruitment sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Conduct technical screening to evaluate candidates' IT skills before shortlisting.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and direct headhunting.
• Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Negotiate offers and salary discussions and prepare offer letters.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, priorities, and create job descriptions.
• Maintain HR records and employee data.

Employee Engagement & Coordination

• Drive employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and teams to address HR-related concerns.

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
Strong knowledge of IT skill sets, programming languages, and technical roles.
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
