Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, providing product details and technical guidance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Coordinate with the operations and logistics team for smooth order processing.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product advancements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in inside sales, preferably in the earthing & lightning protection industry.
  • Education: Graduate in Business, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Chemical Earthing, Lightning Arresters, and related electrical safety solutions.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in B2B sales for electrical safety products.
  • Understanding of industry regulations and standards.
