As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance and enhancement of product features that delight researchers in their pre-submission user journey as an author. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies, create roadmaps, and prioritize features based on customer feedback and market research. You will ensure that our products deliver value to customers and meet business objectives . Requirements
Experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering digital product features from ideation to post-launch management.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics tools to monitor product performance and make data-informed decisions.
Demonstrated leadership skills in working with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and analytics.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical content to a range of audiences and influence stakeholders.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and competitor offerings, with the ability to understand technology trade-offs made in the product at a high level .
