Daily Order review, planning manpower for picking, packing , staging and load planning.
Manpower shift scheduling, productivity monitoring
Error free picking, 100% first pick accuracy.
100% order fill rate/Line Fill rate/Each Fill rate
100% On time Delivery.
Coordination with Transport team for loading as per schedule
Delivery documents/STN/Invoice/E Way bill creation.
Open deliveries verification and closure
Returns monitoring, controlling and minimizing.
Customer complaints handling and support
Controlling fake orders and customers
SAP Knowledge for outbound process
