Team Lead - Asset Operations - Process Validation (Materials)

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise & guide team members for review and validation of Purchases orders and contracts
• from commercial and finance perspective as per KPI/ SLA.
• To ensure compliance with company Standard Policies, Procedures, Terms & Conditions, DoA
• of all Requisitioning and Procurement of POs/WOs/Contracts.
• To ensure Cost Optimization, Tax efficiency, Risk mitigation, compliances, and documentation
• for the same in POs/WOs/Contracts Released by Team Members.
• Support Team Members as required in coordination with Procurement, AP, Taxation, Legal and
• other internal departments to achieve business commercial objectives.
• To ensure adherence to PV checklist through review of select orders and Internal Audit points
• with Team Members.
• To ensure timely delivery of periodic MIS as per management guidelines.
• Lead process improvement initiatives including automation opportunities for efficient delivery
