The Head-Peptide API Manufacturing is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and operations of the peptide API manufacturing facility. This role ensures the plant operates efficiently, meeting quality, safety, regulatory, and financial objectives while adhering to best practices in peptide synthesis, and scale-up production. The Plant Head will lead the operations team, optimize production processes, and work collaboratively with various internal departments to achieve plant goals.

• Ensure the peptide API production process is executed according to established protocols,
  meeting quality, yield, and timeline objectives.
• Supervise all aspects of peptide synthesis, purification, drying, formulation, and packaging in compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) and other regulatory standards.
• Manage plant scheduling, production planning, and resource allocation to optimize capacity utilization and minimize downtime.
• Ensure continuous process optimization to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain high product quality.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices in the manufacturing process, including troubleshooting and resolving production challenges.
• Oversee the scale-up and technology transfer processes for new peptide products, ensuring smooth transition from pilot to full-scale manufacturing.
