Job Summary

A Learning and Development Lead is responsible for designing and implementing learning strategies, managing training programs, and developing employee skills and knowledge in the institute. A Learning and Development Lead develops and executes learning strategies, designs and delivers training programs, assesses development needs, and tracks learning effectiveness. They collaborate with employees and managers to support career development,

manage budgets and vendor relationships.

Role: Individual Contributor

Duties & Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs
• Designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more
• Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants.
• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
• Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, online training)
• Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
• Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
• Employer branding initiatives
• Developing and implementing Learning Management Systems LMS (LMS)

Required Skills & Abilities

• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
• Experience in project management and budgeting
• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
• Professional certification

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should have Full Time Post Graduation / MBA in Human Resource specialization with a good academic record and 10 to 15 years of relevant experience. Sector specific knowledge is desirable.
