Talent Acquisition (Faculty & Researchers)-Ulwe

• Coordinate and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for faculty roles across various departments.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier academic talent.
• Use multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and academic conferences.
• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate further stages with academic heads or department leaders.
• Assist in assessing candidates' qualifications, research background, and teaching ability
• Facilitate negotiations regarding compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment
• Ensure a smooth and positive recruitment process for candidates, from application to hire.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates after each stage of the process.
• Build connections with placement cells, particularly that of the Doctorate programs for hiring exceptional fresh PhD candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidates should have Full Time Post Graduation / MBA in Human Resource specialization with a good academic record

Minimum Experience:

About 4 to 8 years of relevant experience. Sector specific knowledge is desirable.
