Assistant Manager - Admissions /Outreach -Ulwe

Develop and implement outreach strategies to meet enrolment targets.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities that could guide strategic decisions.

Design and execute outreach programs to attract potential students.

Represent the institution at local, regional, and national events to attract applications.

Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and admissions-related website content.

Collaborate with academic departments, financial aid, and student services to ensure a smooth admissions process.

Guide prospective students through the admissions process, providing information and support.

Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to address applicant queries and concerns.

Assist in evaluating applications and creating dockets.

Participate in recruitment events and outreach activities to attract new students.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Graduation / Post-graduation in relevant discipline.
5 - 10 years of relevant experience.
Good verbal & written communication.
Proficiency in MS Office and strong presentation skills.
