Job Role:
Sr. Team Lead Brand Engagement - Mktg Services
Job Location: HO, Navi Mumbai
Job Team: Marketing
Job accountabilities:
Assist in developing brand standards, DIP's, artworks for various assets & coordinate for
deployment of same through engineering / project teams.
Support branding roll out and monitor brand standards across various brand touch points.
Liaisons with internal teams, external agencies & vendors in formulation of brand standards
including re-branding initiatives along with monitoring execution of branding as per agreed
specs.
Conduct brand audits, publish findings & track actions for necessary rectification / closure of
punch points.
Execute branding prototypes, and supporting engineering & project teams with necessary
optimization, value engineering and augmentation of branding assets.
File, maintain and track record and usage of all new and existing Intellectual Property / Brand
Assets and ensure brand IP is protected in the market brand on any existing or emergent
opportunities.
Benchmark and understands industry best practices to ensure any branding change can be
introduced for upgradation / improvisation.
Support brand identity development initiatives, and ensuring finalized identity is extended and
consistently executed.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Experience 10 years approx., with University Degree in Marketing / Engineering
Industry Preference: Fuel Retailing, Retail
Should have good contacts and relationships with branding agencies and convertors.
Exposure on branding specs like substrate, illumination, flex and backlit materials, ACPs, etc.
would be preferred.
Good communicator and able to interact with multiple levels within the organization.
High knowledge of emerging trends in digital space and has a ready framework of partner
companies that can be leveraged for implementing projects quickly.
Skilled in customer, partner, and Brand Management.
Knowledge of both Qualitative and Quantitative research.
Team management / Liaison with external agencies direct and indirect and maturity in handling
cross-functional relations
Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Exposure across varied industries and customer segment's/type.
Ability to see through the problem areas for a solution that is effective and efficient
High analytical thinking, with an eye for identifying patterns and solutions basis the business
needs
