Asst. Manager-SCM Planning

Incumbent must have done assortment planning and store planning for any of the fashion retailer. Should have handled and planned for large number of stores of different size located in different parts of India. Responsible for eye for details and high degree of MIS analysis & interpretation.

SCM Planning & Control

• To prepare category-wise wise & article wise/MRP wise seasonal assortment plans for stores.
• To monitor their quarterly sales and recommend changes in merchandise mix with respect to category and price

To monitor constraint in store capacity and suggest best alternative to get maximum GMROI & GMROF

Well verse with the Data analysis tools

• Knowledge of advance excel, SQL query language & Python
• Analytical thinking: ability to think critically and solve complex problems
• Data cleaning: clean data by removing errors, duplicates and outliners

Data visualization: present data insights using charts, graphs and other visualizations

Process Improvement

• Suggesting mix based on the demographics of the store.
• Continuous analysis of our offering to customers vs. range offered by competitors and basis that suggesting changes

Training & Development

• Maintaining good relations with cluster in-charge and taking feedbacks to ensure better revenue per store
