Engineer - SCM/Asst. Manager - SCM

Role & responsibilities:

• Managing relationship with Clients: Responsible for building strong relationship with OEMs. Preparing database of customers and following up on regular basis, tracking industry trends, OEM Growth plans, competitors strategies & activities etc. to focus on key growth areas & defining strategies.
• Achieving organizations sales Goals: Responsible for preparation of sales plan, preparing annual forecasting and monthly planning /executing, closely monitoring and achieving the said targets / YOY sales growth. Coordinating with other teams like planning, production, quality, logistics in ensuring delivery of parts to customers and tracking of daily, weekly & monthly supplies.
• Ensure On-time supplies to customers as per their weekly/monthly schedules. Meet sales targets every month as per the orders received from customers. Dispatch materials to the customers as per best practice methods thereby reducing the logistics cost.
• Meeting sales targets, collection targets: Ensuring outstanding payment collection on time. Receive payments from customers on the due date and follow-up meticulously to ensure all receivables are captured.
• Timely inward of materials/invoices: Closely follow-up with customers in getting in-warding details. Ensure all materials are being received at the customers end without any hassles.
• Timely receipt of price corrections/purchase orders: Get timely price corrections and adjustments done based on best practices.

Education: B.E / B. Tech. Mechanical / Automobile, having minimum 3-8 years of experience in the same field.
