Job Description
Responsible for reviewing and internal updating the team regarding material planning and ECN activity
Job Context
1. Order Confirmation to Planning
2. Coordination with all the stakeholders related to Material.
3. PO placement as per MRP.
4. MRM Report creations to the management.
5. Working on Slow moving Non-moving material and fixing the actions.
6. ECN review and action clarity to the inter-related teams.
7. Brief Report Creation of ECN related to material front.
8. Manual co-ordination of stock action and ECN implementation.
Job Dimensions
Based at LEI, this position will directly report to Supply Chain Manager and work with for timely update of material.
Key Accountabilities
These will include:
Completion of ECN review within 24hrs.
Order Confirmation to Planning
PO placement for all suppliers as per System Lead time
External / Internal Audit points closure
Forecast to all suppliers for sufficient lead time to suppliers
ECN/ DCN Coordination
BOM verification / TA check to avoid any part missing under ordering / PO
Import PO placement well in advance as per plan / system lead time
Monthly Plan confirmation to Planning Team
MRP accuracy , monitoring Production / Transfer Orders at plant
Monthly BOS data ( MMM, OTIF, Inventory Turns)
Week wise Plan for all Buyers
PO short closure review monthly
VMI for suppliers
Internal Management review points
Transfer and counting JV review
Outsourcing POs
Inventory Report creation
Inventory reduction Weekly Plan
MCR stock dissolution report creation
Demand Forecast PO placement and time to time clearing of Demand forecast lines(review)
EEE Project data
Que time addition in the system as per current material asking pattern for new parts
Further actionable discussion with Stakeholders
Good Knowledge of MRP System Specially D365.
Good knowledge of Teamcenter.
Good knowledge and hand on experience in MS Excel.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Diploma/Engineering Graduate from an AICTE affiliated university
Minimum 3 to 5 years post qualification working experience in supply chain.
Job-Specific Skills:
Computer literate with excellent command of Microsoft package and project planning tools.
Strong interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
Strong background in Supply chain parameters such as OTIF calculation, inventory stock maintenance
Knowledge of ERP/Microsoft AX/SAP
Knowledge of Import/Exports
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and OSHAS
Behavioural Competencies:
Good communication skills
Problem solving approach.
Hardworking & dedication to task completion
