Relationship Manager - Gold Loan (Sales)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing customers to increase sales of gold loan products.
• Candidate should be comfortable for Field sales & Marketing.
  
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to loan disbursements, interest rates, etc.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of loan processes.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through field visits and generate leads for gold loans.
