Vertical Business Head - Finance - AlcoBev (5-10 yrs)

Join a market-leading AlcoBev brand, known for its dynamic culture and innovative approach. We are looking for a seasoned Finance Professional to take on the role of Vertical Business Head - Finance, driving financial insights and business strategy for our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

As Vertical Business Head - Finance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of the business by:

- Driving Budget vs Actual Variance Analysis across verticals and highlighting key trends, patterns, exceptions, and areas for improvement.

- Owning and managing the Monthly P&L, ensuring real-time tracking and escalation of deviations to meet planned targets.

- Overseeing Working Capital Management, including receivables ageing, overdue accounts, inventory health, and accounts payable-collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

- Conducting and presenting State-wise/Brand-wise Profitability and Investment Analysis along with monthly ROI evaluation.

- Acting as a finance business partner-providing deep financial insights for key business projects.

- Developing and maintaining Business Intelligence Dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

- Leading the Monthly Review Process with the Finance Leadership Team, ensuring transparency and control.

- Driving Annual Plans, Rolling Forecasts, and Latest Estimates, ensuring adherence to corporate timelines.

What We Are Looking For:

- Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)

- Experience: 5 to 10 years in Finance, preferably from AlcoBev or FMCG industry

- Strong hands-on experience in preparing P&L statements and conducting reconciliations, with a clear understanding of financial impacts of business decisions.

- Proficiency in financial analysis, MIS reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, and fund flow management.

- Sharp analytical skills with the ability to crunch numbers and generate meaningful insights.

- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder management.

- Familiarity with modern ERP systems, financial tools, and BI dashboards would be an added advantage.
