Manager - Investor Relations - Financial Services (6-12 yrs)

Job Overview:

As a Manager of Investor Relations (IR) at our NBFC, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the relationship between the company and its investors. Your role will involve managing communications and ensuring that both current and potential investors are provided with timely, accurate, and consistent information regarding the company's financial health, business strategies, and market outlook.

The Manager will also be responsible for creating strategic plans to enhance investor confidence, improving transparency, and coordinating with various departments to ensure all investor inquiries and requests are promptly addressed.

Key Responsibilities:

Investor Communication:

- Develop and manage all investor communication, including quarterly earnings, annual reports, investor presentations, and press releases.

- Prepare and present quarterly/annual financial results to investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.

- Manage relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and key stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely information flow.

Market Intelligence and Research:

- Track and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and changes in regulations impacting the NBFC sector to provide actionable insights to senior management.

- Provide feedback to the management team on investor sentiment and trends in the capital markets.

Corporate Events Management:

- Coordinate and manage events such as annual general meetings (AGMs), investor calls, roadshows, and investor conferences.

- Facilitate one-on-one meetings between senior management and key investors/analysts.

Reporting and Financial Analysis:

- Support the preparation of financial reports, including investor decks, earnings releases, and shareholder communications.

- Maintain and manage financial models and databases, ensuring they are updated with accurate investor-related information.

- Analyze financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights for investor communications.

Strategic Planning:

- Contribute to the development of strategies to increase shareholder value and enhance the company's visibility in the investment community.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure that investor communication is aligned with corporate strategy and regulatory requirements.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure that the company complies with regulatory and statutory requirements related to investor communications, including filings with the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and other governing bodies.

- Stay updated on changes to securities laws and regulations that impact the investor relations function.
