Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing with a strong focus on B2C marketing strategies and a proven track record in driving customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives to maximize brand awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, a creative mind-set, and a deep understanding of consumer behaviour
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive B2C marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives and growth targets.
2. Drive customer engagement and enhance brand loyalty by creating innovative and impactful marketing campaigns.
3. Lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
4. Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify target audience preferences, trends, and opportunities.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing plans across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, traditional advertising, events, and PR.
6. Oversee the development and execution of compelling content and creative assets that effectively communicate the brand's value proposition to the target audience.
7. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns, improve customer acquisition, and drive revenue growth.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2C marketing, sharing knowledge and implementing innovative strategies.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external agencies, media partners, and industry influencers.
10. Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and delivering measurable ROI.
Ideal Candidate's Background:
Our ideal candidates should have the following requisites:
1. Master's degree from Tier1 Institute in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of successfully leading B2C marketing initiatives and driving customer engagement in a similar industry or organization.
3. 12 to 15 years of relevant experience.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
5. In-depth knowledge of B2C marketing principles, consumer behaviour, and market trends.
6. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
7. Proficient in leveraging digital marketing platforms and tools for audience targeting, campaign management, and analytics.
8. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
9. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate marketing strategies and influence stakeholders.
10. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving business growth.
