Job Description :
Responsibility :
- Respond to customers within SLAs with proper plan for resolution
- Identify user errors, application issue (ideally specific part of the application)
- Lead interaction and collaboration with other teams such as Engineering and Support as needed to address escalated issues.
- Gain a technical and functional understanding of the platform architecture
- Expertise in analyzing logs to isolate problems
- Expertise in querying DB and analyzing the data returned as part of troubleshooting the issue
- Collect logs and data to assist in ongoing investigation of underlying defects
Mandatory :
- Overall Experience of 4-7 years.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience as Technical support engineer providing support for complex IT systems in international environment
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of C#, LINQ, Entity Framework 4.0+,Code First, WCF/Web API and XML.
- Strong background in Entity framework with LINQ
- Good understanding of information architecture and data modelling
- Skills leveraging SOA technologies such as web services, SOAP, JSON, and REST architectures.
- Multi tire Enterprise application server frameworks
- Good Knowledge on OAuth SSO
- Should take ownership and have customer first attitude
