Job Description
- Craft technical content for United States federal proposals, including responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), and oral/video presentations, with a focus on complex acquisitions.
- Distill complex technical solutions into clear, concise, and persuasive written content that meets compliance standards.
- Collaborate with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and proposal teams to ensure the content is tailored to client needs, aligns with win themes, and meets submission requirements.
- Technical Writing Skills: Demonstrated ability to distill complex technical solutions into clear, concise, and persuasive written content that meets compliance standards.
- Federal Proposal Expertise: Experience in crafting technical content for United States federal proposals
- Communication Skills: Native-level English language skills and excellent written, oral, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical SMEs and leadership teams.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with federal proposal requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating with business development, capture management, and technical SMEs to produce high-quality proposals.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage changing priorities, work under tight deadlines, and quickly integrate into new projects with diverse, distributed teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of federal contracting processes and procurement vehicles.
- Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited university, preferably in a relevant field such as English, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a technical discipline.
