Job Description:
- The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Registerkaro's marketing operations. This includes leading the PPC Team, SEO Team, Content Team, Social Media Marketing Team, Video Editors, and the Graphic Designing Team.
- The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a deep understanding of digital marketing, team management, and cross-functional collaboration, reporting directly to the Co-Founder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement a unified marketing strategy that integrates PPC, SEO, content, social media, video, and graphic design to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation for Registerkaro.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the following teams to ensure collaborative and effective execution of marketing campaigns
- PPC Team: Oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and social media ads, ensuring high ROI and lead generation.
- SEO Team: Manage SEO strategies and efforts, ensuring on-page and off-page optimization to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Content Team: Supervise content creation, including blog posts, articles, web pages, and other written materials, ensuring high-quality, engaging content.
- Social Media Marketing Team: Guide social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Video Editors: Collaborate with video editors to produce high-quality videos for campaigns, social media, and website content.
- Graphic Designing Team: Ensure the production of visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and support marketing objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize cross-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring that each department's contributions align with the overall marketing objectives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use data-driven insights to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Adjust strategies as needed based on performance metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, product, customer service) to ensure marketing strategies support company goals and align with customer needs.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources across all teams and campaigns.
- Innovation & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of marketing trends and digital tools, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovative strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 8 to 12 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in PPC, SEO, content, social media, video production, and graphic design.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of specialists.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and technologies (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, social media platforms, video editing software, etc.).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously while ensuring timely execution and quality.
- A results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving KPIs and marketing goals.
- Creative thinker, with the ability to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
- Previous experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
